• Freight forwarding clerk / dispatcher (m/f/d)

  
  

  • Scheduling and handling of our land transport
  • Creation of offers and daily prices
  • Quotation preparation/order processing/billing
  • Maintaining contact with customers, partners and service providers
  • Complaints/claims processing
  • Independent completion of customs formalities

Prerequisites

• • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Experience with the freight forwarding software Cargobase is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Flexibility, willingness to perform and high motivation
  • Quick comprehension and resilience as well as independent working style
  • IT skills (common forwarding software and MS Office)
